Rainbow Childrens Skirt

We can make this skirt in any color combination you want; you pick the colors- 2, 3, or a rainbow assortment.  Each tier add 2" in length, so, 5 tiers = 10" and 6 tiers = 12" so on.

Please tell us the ACTUAL waist in the comment box when you check out and keep in mind our skirt lengths are measured from BELOW the 2" wide waistband.
