This petticoat is made of 100% nylon crystal fabric. A very tightly woven fabric with tons of sparkles. The hem includes fish line to help this gorgeous petticoat stand out for everyone to see. It is encased with elastic at the waistband, measuring 25" ( and stretching out to a max of 38"), and has an adjustable broadcloth poly/cotton top that is adjustable, 1”, 2”, or 3” longer.   The 3 tier petticoat arrives at 15" and is adjustable to 16", 17", or 18" long. This petticoat is 60 yards in fullness SUPER full !  The colors listed are in stock ready for immediate shipping and at a SUPER discounted price.
