Square Up Fashions strives to provide you with the highest quality products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund. The refund request must be made within 10 days from the date you receive your item(s). Worn items are NOT returnable. Absolutely no returns after 30 days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refundย please email info@squareupfashions.com toย receiveย return authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Below are the steps to returnย an item:

  • Emailย info@squareupfashions.com toย request returnย authorization. Before a return can be processed, we need to verify the purchase was made on SquareUpFashions.com.ย  We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned wereย received in the last 10 days. Once returned and inspected, we can issue you a refund. After the 10 days, only a store credit or exchange is allowed. After 30 days all sales are final.
  • Repackage your return and include a copy of theย return authorizationย email from Square Up Fashions.
  • Ship the package back to theย Square Up Fashionsย Returns Department via USPS, UPS, or FedEx To:

Receiving Your Refund

Once yourย return is received by us, your refund will beย processed within 5 business days. SquareUpFashions.com does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used. Shipping is Non-Refundable.ย

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, or if there are missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified within 7 days to correct the issue. Please email your request to info@squareupfashions.com.

Shipping Back Your Return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, youย may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance in case your item is lost during transit.
