These are polyester pettipants. They are covered with rows and rows of lace, sewn on with elastic thread. They are short-leg, lacey pettipants. Pettipants can not be returned for health reasons. Size Large will accommodate most XL as well; please see measurements on the size chart above. Machine wash COLD, but NO HEAT dryer, air fluff only.
